The BEST Christmas Cookie

I really hate cooking. For me, it ranks up there with going to the dentist or visiting the DMV. It's is just NOT my thing. So, when I find something that 1. is fast and easy to make and 2. people actually like to eat it's a WIN-WIN!

A few years ago, I tried some cookies that were made from scratch, and I loved them. But there was no way I was going to go through all those steps (see paragraph one) so I decided to try out a shortcut version...

Cate's Christmas Cranberry Cookies:

1 - bag Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix

(which will need 1 stick butter, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon water per cookie mix instructions)

1 - 12 oz. bag Nestle White Chocolate Morsels

1 - 10 oz. bag dried cranberries

Follow instructions on cookie mix and add chocolate chips and cranberries. Make sure you use real butter and not margarine as package suggests as an alternative. Drop onto cookie sheet in 2 inch scoops and cook per package instructions.

People start calling me in early December to make sure I'm going to have some of these at the family Christmas party. Is it possible? The girl who hates to cook makes the best Christmas cookies ever? #winning
